I recently had a new heating system fitted from your company. Just wanted to say to the installation operatives, and the 2 gentlemen who arranged everything and inspected the system, what a wonderful hardworking team you have, and I’m very satisfied with the work that was carried out. I am extremely pleased. Thank you.

I am a local authority tenant in Tilehurst, Reading who is current having home improvement work done on their home and i would like to say that the plumber, who attended my house last week went above and beyond the call of duty. He not only did an amazing job of fitting my new heating system, pump and fan but he also helped me move some of the heavier furniture not once but twice, he also explained to me what he will be doing, what needed moving prior to the work being done, when explained i have some back problems and heavy lifting is a small issue he didn’t hesitate to help. I would like to say a special thank you to you for all your hard work and help. Also a shout out to the electrician who attended to the electrical side of the job who also did a fabulous job and even hoovered the floors for me once the two gentlemen were finished.

Good morning, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you for the service I received whilst having my heating fitted from the Surveyor who came out to survey the property and to Engineer and Electrician, all very helpful and accommodating, I am thrilled with the heating

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the engineer who came to replace my boiler on Monday. He was polite, friendly and very professional. He did an amazing job finishing it all in one day as well as putting all the finishing touches and cleaning up after. I have just had a phone call from the resident who wanted to relay his gratitude and commendations to the installer, who he said has been excellent and a credit to yourselves. I am writing to let you know that last week we had our new heating system installed. I was very impressed, what a fantastic job the engineers did, they worked very hard and were friendly. They kept the house as clean as possible tidying up behind them and they were generally very helpful. I would also like to thank them for explaining everything to us both before and after installation. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had my heating changed last week and I cannot praise the engineer enough for the work he did, he was polite and very tidy it was a pleasure to have him in my house carrying out the installation
